Conditions of membership

Membership is not open to persons cohabiting, whether by, living together, being married, engaged to be married or already in a sexually active relationship with a partner of three months or more.

We reserve the absolute right without cause of explanation to accept or decline membership of all applicants.

We may terminate your membership at any time but providing you have not acted dishonestly or unreasonably we will give you a refund proportional to the time period we withdraw.

It is a condition of membership, that all times you act in manner we can be proud of you, which means you must not bring discredit on yourself, a fellow guest, our organisation, or any party organiser who’s events you attend. Membership will be removed without refund if you do not comply with this clause.

Club 40+ Professionals has agreements with various social event organisers enabling you to attend parties they organise with full member privileges. They will at all times have the right to refuse entry to an event for whatever reason they deem fit.

Any contracts for attending a party are between yourself and the party organiser direct to whom the payments are made. In Case of a dispute Club 40+ Professionals will if requested act as an independent arbitrator.

Confidentiality: We will not give out your details to any third party.
8. If we have cause to doubt the information you have given us as true, it is a condition of membership that you will co-operate to provide back up confirmation if required e.g proof of date of birth etc.
